The services are provided by Kuno SAS, located at 122 rue Amelot, 75011 Paris, France. Kuno provides access to its AI-powered peer learning platform, including setup services, personalized programs, and session packs.
Clients include companies (B2B), learning institutions (B2B2C), and professionals (C2C).
2. Pricing and Payment
Pricing includes a one-time setup fee, program-based licenses, and hourly session packs.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Stripe, Deel, or other approved digital providers.
Invoices are issued with applicable VAT.
Default billing currency is EUR, others available upon request.
Standard payment terms are Net 15 unless otherwise agreed.
3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Commitments
No refunds are provided, except in case of technical errors or unused credits upon formal request.
Pilot programs may include trial access at Kuno’s discretion.
Enterprise clients typically commit to a 12-month minimum contract.
Credits are valid for 12 months unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
4. Delivery of Services
Services are considered delivered upon activation of platform access or upon delivery of the first
session.
In case of delay or service disruption, Kuno will offer rescheduling or credits as appropriate.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate data and supporting internal communication and
Engagement.
5. Legal Clauses
Kuno shall not be held liable for indirect damages, user-generated content, or third-party service
disruptions.
These terms are governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
Kuno may update these Terms of Sale, and clients will be informed of any changes in advance
